INGREDIENTS:
1 lb fresh Asparagus, trimmed
2 tbsp. unsalted butter
Kosher salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the Asparagus well under cold water.
- Trim the hard ends of the stalks.
- Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-heat.
- Add the Asparagus and scatter it in the skillet.
- Cook it for 7 mins shaking the skillet from side to side once in a while to make sure the stalks are coated with butter and evenly cooked.
- Sprinkle with Kosher salt and black pepper.
- Cook for 3 more minutes or until the Asparagus is tender but still crispy and bright green.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
SUGGESTION:
You can also top it with mozzarella if you are a cheese lover.
